Cinder:

Diligent white paws carried the blind feline out of her den and into the clearing. For once, she had no longer to take care of all the injured and wounded. Unseeing eyes drifted to a couple of voices nearby in the clearing. "Must be nice to be able to roam freely." She commented softly after a moment under her breath, voice wavering ever-so-slightly. Cinder was speaking to herself as usual - she had no one else to speak her woes to. She was sick of it. Sick of being afraid, sick of constantly being on edge, sick of being blind. And there was nothing she could do about it.

Amethyst:

For a kitten born only two days ago, Amethyst was already up and about. Or, at least, as well as a newborn kitten could be up and about. Her purple eyes had opened last night, and Amethyst found it quite interesting that her brother's shiny orbs were pink instead of the same purple her mother and sister shared. It made no sense, and Amethyst would at times try to reach out and grab her brother's eyeballs. Yes, that sounded quite gruesome, but Amethyst really wanted his shiny eyes. They confused her, but every time she reached out, a grey paw would push her aside, and then her mother was moving her elsewere. She promptly forgot her quest after that, until the next time her brother opened his eyes and the cycle would start all over again.

Grey: Grey poked her head into the den, silver gaze straying to Scorpion. "Iris wants you. In her den. And don't ask me why, because I don't know." She told the deputy, and then turned and sauntered off without waiting for a response.
